Enara Iturregui, MACP
Registered Psychotherapist

Ms. Iturregui is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO #14734) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She provides individual psychotherapy to adolescents (13+), adults, and older adults (65+), offering tailored therapeutic support that aligns with each individual's needs and goals. Her approach draws from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Ms. Iturregui's practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration.


Ms. Iturregui holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and previously attained an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Environment and Society from McMaster University. She completed supervised practice under Dr. Mariani to become independently licensed as a clinician. Ms. Iturregui has experience supporting individuals through difficulties such as depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, work-related issues, traumatic or stressful events, and relationship challenges.


In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Iturregui is passionate about animal welfare and volunteers with the Sudbury Bunny Rescue Room. She enjoys reading, hiking, and finding balance through meaningful connection with nature and community. Her appreciation for compassion and connection informs her therapeutic approach as she brings a warm, thoughtful presence to her practice and welcomes clients into a safe and supportive space.
